I leave my statement with much satisfaction. I live in Rio de Janeiro and bought a ACX 50 Residential in January 2015. However, since 2014 I have received all the guidelines and clarification for the doubts I had. I ordered the equipment directly from Tritury, in Belo Horizonte, only installing it in June. When switching on the unit, there was a misfit in the plates and I promptly was guided to seek a licensed store in Rio for the solution of the problem. The store solved the problem in 20 minutes.
Later, there was a mechanical problem on the top valve closure, which seals the ACX on top. Again I was promptly driven to seek another accredited professional in the Rio, who proved the small defect. Tritury did not hesitate to send me new equipment, arriving at my house within a week. Today, in July 2015, it hast been two weeks since the equipment was installed and working perfectly. I would like to thank the whole team of Tritury for the professionalism and dedication to its brand.
The ethical procedure brought me a lot of security throughout the period that the equipment did not work. This is the correct procedure. The pre-sale and sale ran within the expectations of every buyer and the attention received was excellent.
The receipt was perfectly within the promised.
The understanding of the equipment and assembly were uncomplicated, so much so that I even installed it on the power grid myself.
By inexperience in use, we ended up testing three times the strength and endurance of the electric grinder-motor set. It resisted two teaspoons, on separate occasions, and 8 (eight) steel nails, of 3 cm each, thrown in simultaneously in the grinding chamber, through carelessness. In all three events, the equipment stopped but the electric motor was not broken, indicating being strong enough and protected from overloads. I even provided the fix by removing the foreign bodies, so being that in the event of the second spoon, there was the need for removal from the location and disassembly on a bench, with the opening of the top of the chamber (a simple action, even for a non-mechanic).

I have been a user of Tweeny since jan/88, the year of my move to BH, where this kind of grinder was installed in the apartment building. When I moved to Uberlândia in 1992, I bought a new one and installed it in the new residence. In the year 2000 I moved to Brasilia and again bought another one, always directly from the factory in BH.
This is an excellent product, it has never malfunctioned. Whoever begins using it will not stop doing so. Never again.

I have been a client for more than two decades, and have bought several domestic disposers, we use it daily. Is one of the best creations of practicality and comfort ever invented. A few days ago I needed technical assistance for an equipment purchase in 1992, and it’s worked ever since. I was wonderfully well treated, with much attention and promptness by Mr. Augusto, who after several email exchanges, sent me by Mail the requested parts, which were replaced in the equipment, which started working perfectly.
The respect for customers was well evidenced, and it proves once again that the “Made in Brazil” quality – product and service — always outweighs the “made in China”, whose appeal is always the price, which at the end, works out costly.

Recently in a refurbishment of the apartment, the electrician installed the 110V unit in a 227V socket, making it burn the reinforcer.
